Bloodhound and Brigands

Author:
Recalled and recorded later by Daphnee

The story of  a large group of Brigands operating through Eriador, near Bree-land. They are connected by one of their higher-ups, to the Company of the East Road. Some just take merchant rivalry too seriously and do not realise just what they got themselves into...

A Health to the Company

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

The winds brought scent of spring, as though attempting to cheer all hearts it touched. Birds began to sing again, in that cautious manner they did whenever winter seemed to dwindle.

Normally this would bring a brightness to Daphne's soul and make her slightly less prone to scowling. It was not so, this time.

Another Proposal

"Excuse me, what?!" Daphne watched as the wine she'd been drinking dripped down Harold's face. She worked very hard not to mention that the wine was his colour, as he wiped it off in annoyance.

The Cliche Is Furthered

Some time had passed since Daphne learned the identity of her captor, yet her mind was still reeling. It made no sense, and he decided to follow his dramatic, cliché manner of handling the situation and disappeared after “the big reveal”.

Needless to say, Daph was neither pleased, nor amused.

Pain Dru-out The Night

Story

Dru cried out in pain, curling into a ball around herself. Her body was drenched in sweat which in turn caused her tunic and the one blanket she hadn't kicked off, to cling to her uncomfortably.

The Capture of Deorla - Part 2

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

"You'd better eat it, it's all you're going to get!!"

The captured woman cries in the corner, her hands covering her face. She seems inconsolable... repentant for her crimes, even. Truth is, she's scared, she's nervous, and she's dreading her trial.

Unforht, The Fearless

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Redwick stood at the stables checking the quiver of arrows that was strapped onto Goldwine, it held a little over ten arrows and this fared well for Redwick, for he had another quiver strapped to his back.

Journal of a Surgeon, Entry 8: Capture, Escape and Punishment

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

I long the days of peace, the moments of calmness. Those days when I were not oblidged to look over my shoulder, in case a knife came flying by. People fear me. People knew they had better not lay a finger upon me, lest it would be eradicated from its root. Though now, new enemies arose, powerful and proud, vexing pathetic excuse of mannish intelligence.  I speak of Slavers.

Of ale, hats and barfights - entry the thirteenth.

Diary

Dear diary, or whatever it is you want to be called - I prefer that bit of paper that I rant about life on, but diary is a bit easier to say. Still, hello! It has been a while since I wrote in you my friend. Lots of things have happened since then. Seems I'm always galavanting off to all corners of the world. Went with Flynagin and his folks up to Forochel and then to Evendim and I went off with Drunn into the wilderness and all sorts.
