            All roads now lead to Hytbold as many forces converge upon the walled town of the Eorlingas for a meeting of doom.  The Riders Four have ridden far to warn the people of the Eastemnet of the approaching menace from both east and west, the Black Hand and the White, and now ride hard for the town to bring the tidings they have gathered.  At the same time, the Thanes and Reeves

It has been days since Earwulfa fled from Langhold and saw her beloved town turned into fire wood. And now she saw the towers and with the pennants and banners of the greatest city of the Eastemnet on the horizon. Snowbourn. She recognised the white grain on a field of red. Since she was suppose to marry a noble warrior from the Norcofts, she was able to recognise nearly all the banners of the Riddermark. She gazed upon the banners when she got closer to the city and wondered if she would one day wore the grain on red as proud as she wore the yellow bow on green.

''There's been talk of strange folks around. They cloak themselves so none could tell they be spy, orc...'' Anfald said.
''Is there more to this rumour?'' Régnwald asked.
Anfald shrugged, ''This one is new. Though, cloaked strangers? What do they have to hide?''
