The story of  a large group of Brigands operating through Eriador, near Bree-land. They are connected by one of their higher-ups, to the Company of the East Road. Some just take merchant rivalry too seriously and do not realise just what they got themselves into...

(Takes place about 5 years ago. Djeru is an older teen.)

Scrambling up from the ground, Djeru made a mad dive, narrowly somersaulting beneath the slow swinging blade of his opponent. The larger man, who bore a great bushy black beard and swung his two handed blade around like a plaything, gave a great bellowing laugh.

"Can't you sit still and fight?" He jeered in the rumbling tongue of the Haradrim.

As now the long time of the day start to pass into the rise of the evening when once more the gems of Varda will grace us all with their ever-presence, it is fitting to sit down to reflect. For it seems under the startlight of the night that my thoughts are ever clear and peaceful. Alas there is little news to be had. My beloved Ilviel Is still nowhere to be found, and despite reassurances of her well-being, I still worry.
