Taala's thoughts raced as her journey continued out of Gwinsnade, it was chilly, the only sound to break the silence was the clip, clopping of Misty's hooves.  She loved that mearh, he had been through much with her and never failed her.  It is said the Mearas are able to understand the speech of man, Taala of course believed this.

Entry Twelve: Exile

It has been long, since one parted the pages of this journal. Not since that of the Misty Mountains and that of the banishment of the company from the vale. Much has happened since the day one’s wound would heal and it was time to depart from Imladris. Khalis truly showed friendship, risking his position to spare one’s own banishment. One will be forever grateful to Khalis, till the end of his days amongst these lands.

“My head looks like a garden!” she wailed at her reflection in the mirror.  She spun the circlet this way and that until there were so many petals on the floor it looked as if she had hosted the wedding in her home.  Then the damned thing snapped and fell to the floor, where it was promptly kicked away in frustration.  Soon enough, she stole more flowers from a neighbours garden and remade the circlet again.  Finally she lifted the hem of her dress and strapped a dagger to her thigh just as

The heavy door to the DawnHall swung open with ease, the chirr of it would have announced anyone's arrival, though it was unknown to Taala what reception awaited on the other side of it.

Bracing herself, she mustered the courage within her, inwardly scolding herself for succumbing to the doubts snipping away at her.  Taking a deep breath, her mouth drying rapidly she stepped into the hall.
