Standing 5ft 5" tall, of average build, some might say athletic, though having birthed a child she has enough of a feminine curve.  She has red hair, as fiery as her temper cascading untidily to the base of her back, sometimes worn in a plait/braid.

Pale skin, eyes of blue, oft tainted with a bruise from brawling.   A mischievous smile and a Feral look, Taala may enchant and bemuse you, but is more likely to annoy you.

She has a number of tattoo's.  One of the sigil of The Bloody Dawn upon her left shoulder blade, another of the Emblem/Banner of Eaworth on the top of her left arm and finally another of the Flag of her King on the inner wrist of her right hand...

She is seldom seen without her bow (named "The Tearaway") upon her back, which she shoots accurately from horseback and from afoot.  Her quiver is well stocked, despite losing a few arrows to a bad habit of chewing the nock ends of them. Within her quiver are a small number of arrows with black fletching and the names of their intended targets carved upon the shaft.

Her choice for her main hand is a sword, which she has named "Free Spirit".  Taala would make no boast of her melee skills, and is well aware her strength is in her agility and therein lies a talent to evade and tire her opponents.  Her offhand varies, more oft is a dagger but she is known to duel wield with two swords.  Her gauntlet s'ports a throwing dagger, as does her boot.

Taala is currently learning to fight with a spear, a weapon commonly used in the Mearc.

Background

Taala arrived in Breeland clutching a letter written by her mother, addressed to her father, whom she had never met.  Clearly the letter had been opened, tampered with and then re-sealed, reaching her father in it's current format.

Taala's father Hardoleth has now passed away from a sickness before Taala was able to fully get to know him.  She serves as an officer in the mercenary company he founded The Bloody Dawn.  She has always felt the pull to return to Eaworth, the small settlement in Entwash that she would call home; where she once served unofficially with the small guard there, honing her skills with blade and bow.

She has now set up home in Breeland with a mercenary from Dale named Eroforth.   Their relationship has not been one of hearts and flowers; borne from passion, camaraderie, trust and denial.  They have overcome their share of problems only to be expected from two who once proclaimed they would never couple...but couple they did. They are now bound together in marriage, are unbreakable, facing whatever befalls them standing side by side.
