She rode toward the gates with last light of sun that was traveling behind the Misty Mountains and Cuthstan. Guard on the doors stopped her, unrelentless to let her in, as at first they didnt recognise her.

- I need to speak with Dryhten or Maegisterwigends. - she spoke as jumping down from her steed, Her heavy chain mail reinforced with plates of iron, clanked loudly 

- Gates are closed, rider. Wait till the dawn. - one of the guards said.

The Hooded Rider

A tall man clad in fur and leather walked down the road with quick steps, his head tilted downward and an umber hood was shadowing his face as if not willing to be seen. He leaned forward, a torch lightening his way until he arrived the stables, glancing about in search of someone.

Story
With the sun gone below a ridge of barren hills, the darkness was quickly retaking the ground. Up on the faint horizon, at the end of the troop rode a mid-aged warrior, grimly determined, his face obscured by his plumed helmet.
 
Leaving the wooden gates of Harwick behind, the Rider came up to the Mead hall -- a magnificent wood and stone structure. And the high-arched doors flew open as the Rider stepped inside the great hall that glowed with torches, both inside and out.
