The Winter tree

Is fast asleep.

She dreams, in reams

Of snow knee-deep

The weather is turning colder, them nights have drawn in. Soon snow will cover these lands, as the earth sleeps in peace.

This is the time ter take stock of all things grand.

In the quiet majesty of Duillond, where the sea's whisper meets the melody of the trees, Maegirth, sentinel of the ancient days, extends an invitation to all kindred souls to gather under the canopy of stars. Come, let us recall the deep sorrow of Míriel, whose weariness wove the threads of a tragic tale, and honor the might of Tulkas, the valiant one whose strength brought hope amidst despair.

RP housewarming tea party social.  Open outdoor stage for 'dinner' music, poetry and story telling.  Food, drinks and pipeweed.  Dancing.  Pets welcome.  Raffles.  Friends and neighbors come and help us (Purple Pipeweed Parlor Band) celebrate our new home!!!

A gathering in the Shire to find out who will be the next Summer-Time Bard

There will be a beautiful dawn , a day when these hostile hours, these days of pain and sadness, will only be the faintest of memories, but dark and steep and long is the path we must follow. So do not tire, do not despair, do not abandon others, and do not forget that, through we walk now in darkness, we and we alone carry the light of HOPE.

Lindamar presents a music performance in anticipation of the spring to come, heralding new life and love sparked as the year begins anew. Here the Song of Beren and Lúthien shines the brightest.

Tarnin Austa ( "Gates of Summer" or more literally "Passage into Summer") was a celebration held in the city of Gondolin on the first day of summer each year. It was custom to begin a solemn ceremony at midnight, continuing it until dawn of Tarnin Austa. No one could speak from midnight to daybreak, but upon the rising of the sun the elves would burst into ancient songs, with choirs standing upon the eastern wall. At that time the city was filled with silver lamps, and lights of jeweled colors hung on the branches of the new-leaved trees.

O the summer time has come 
and the trees are sweetly blooming 
and the wild mountain thyme 
grows around the blooming heather.
