Summer Poetry Competition

Event details:
A love of stories or poetry in this case, is never far from a hobbits heart. Well, apart from the next meal of course. Over the years this was a regular event, bringing poetry talent from far and wide, it's time to bring it back!
The seasons have passed many times, since we last held the competition to find the Summertime Bard, so here is the call to come join the search. Do you have what it takes to impress the judges?
To help budding poets, and also to give a guide line for their efforts. Three subjects are there to choose from. This time they are:
Harvest; Balance or Joy
The prize? The title of Summertime Bard and whatever else we can find down the sofa.
