The Winter tree

Is fast asleep.

She dreams, in reams

Of snow knee-deep

The weather is turning colder, them nights have drawn in. Soon snow will cover these lands, as the earth sleeps in peace.

This is the time ter take stock of all things grand.

Let us grab a warm mug of mulled wine and sing among the snowflakes.

Lindamar of Bar-en-Vanimar returns to the refuge of Edhelion to present a musical performance for lightening the spirits in the middle of the winter.

Turuhalmë (Quenya, "log-drawing") is an event held at the winter solstice, in which Elves cast our long memories over the past and share tales, poems, and sometimes even songs about the joys and friends we remember

Lindamar presents a music performance at the eve of winter solstice with songs and poems in anticipation of the returning sun, the Amanar, as the light returns again.

Lindamar presents a music performance of how elves throughout the ages of the sun have celebrated the seasons of the coranar, a sun year, and its seasonal changes.

It's the tenth time since the Elves first gathered in Rivendell to celebrate together, were they Silvan or High Elves. The bands performing this year are Polnolunie and Lindamar.
