Bree watch

It was dusk when Aallan could hear footsteps coming through the Chetwood.  At last, he could have his chance to talk with his father and give him a piece of his mind, or perhaps even with some luck even get him to leave Bree-Town and go about his buisiness.  Unfortunately, he was not so lucky, as he scaled his way to the canopies of the forest, he could also see seven more armed men accompanying the man who called himself his father.  Upon further inspection from where he was, and the foliage covering him, he could make out the uniforms of these seven men.

Today marked my first official victory over Nessya. 

The water that arrived on the day that would ultimately mark the beginning of the end was familiar. It caused the same seizuring and choking as the first cup that Brigwald had drank did. However, this time it was worse. It tasted off, that was a first, and the results were far more drastic. Dracius had taken a sip before Brigwald and the effects were immediate. He continuously threw himself against the iron bars, trying to knock whatever it is that had taken a hold of him out.

The pages are spotted here and there with tears, and the handwriting shakes in places.

Dear Ma, Pa, and dearest brother (who I hope knows I love 'im even as much as I teases 'im),

I am so sorry, Ma. I barely don't even know how to start. Oh Pa, you and him had been pals for so long. I am so sorry to have to write this.

Your friend, and my master, Nadvald of the Lonely Mountain, who escaped the dragon, is dead.

Report: Murder-Suicide

Captain Nessya Cranford came upon a scene in the Stone Quarter of Bree. Her statement follows:

"Jaz, Karl, someone named Zander, and a woman were killed. The woman killed them, then killed herself."

Three of the bodies' faces were mauled and disfigured.The woman's name was unknown. No further investigation will be conducted.

May the names of Bree's two lost Watchmen be remembered: Constable Karl Tannenbloom and Constable Jaz Lamoirne
