Story

Naima was busy sweeping the doorstep when she spotted a very young Hobbit clamber over the garden wall from the lane and come running up the garden path.

“Good Evening Miss” said Naima

The young Hobbit did not say anything

“Can I help you?” asked Naima

Again the Hobbit said nothing but smiled and held out an envelope.

Naima looked down and took the envelope.

“Thank….” Naima started to say but the Hobbit was already down the garden path and jumping over the wall into the lane.

An arrow sang, reaping it's first victim. Then another joined the symphony, landing on the back of an isolated Orc,unaware of the dangers that roam the Greenway.

Then,a mysterious figure stood tall and approached the corpse of the foul creature. Recovering the arrow from the body,he then turned and extended his gaze to look at the landscape in the dark Greenway. One could even see,far away, the Deadman's Dike, fraught with danger and dread, and it's fields, with ghostly trees and burned ground.
