Calgalin III - the father of Salgalin, Rukhmorn, Harkmorn, Ulfgroin and Valbrorn, former Uzbad of House Valantris for eleven years and was known for his bravery and ferocity within the Battle of the Five Armies. A Painting that best shows him to how I imagine him.

To say Rickstan was surprised would have been a great understatement, the last thing he expected this evening was to come face to face with his "Father". Today he had passed an usual day, sharing a drink or two with a friend, sorting a stupid fight, teased by Ellae. The last thing he expected as he stood in the back rooms to the Inn was to see the face of the man he had for so long despised and hated.

He stood up, then, after deeming the conversation with the sad man at the bench completely useless. Turning, he made for the backrooms, he never knew exactly what time it was, but before knowledge of the reality around him returned, he found himself waking up, atop 'his' bed -It should be noted that, ofcourse, the bed wasn't at all his, but rather a rented bed within a rented room, within the rented accommodation of the tavern.

A Visit to a precious Soul

After her business in the Shire, Estariell had returned to Bree-land for a short time and had visited her Father's grave. Adding a daisy to the several flowers she had laid before the headstone.  Tears she had rarely shed, but the ties to her Father were strong.
