0.6 Prologue: A Falcon in The South

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Not long before the last known records of Gwathrian's passage she was travelling through Dunland, the land of the Wildmen. She was calm and moved slowly through Pren Gwydh then towards the Gravenwood when the nightfall forced her to stay on the border of the forest. She heard the rustling in the bushes nearby and readied her weapon to defend herself. Soon, she threw herself towards the source of the rustling to land a disarming blow on a black, hooded figure armed with two knives. All she have seen from under his hood were his icy blue eyes. Rest remained in the darkness.

I stayed on the island and decided to await any news that may come this way. I was growing more worried with each passing moment. I closed my eyes and memories came flashing into my head. Soon I was back in the garden of our family home in Belfalas. I heard laughter all around me. I turned my head to see two boys running towards me and I smiled at them. "Mom... Nethillon and Araithil said that we cannot train swordplay with them, that's unfair!" - both of them said in the same time. I shook my head at them and embraced them.

The Scholar: Feelings of a woman.

I came off the ship as I got to the island then followed the way up the stairs slowly in silence not seeing anyone around. I walked towards the palace in silence. As I approached the door I had spotted someone by the doors. "Well met..." - I just said towards the figure. The woman wielded warden shield, javelin on backstraps, sword and spear on her hands. "Well met, and who are you? Not seen you here before." - She spoke clearly standing directly on the doorway slightly blocking the entrance.

We have reached Minas Tirith hours after the first group did. We moved through the city towards our family home. Araithil was leading the three of us when he spotted Nethillon passing by. He wasn't even looking at us. He seemed really devastated as he passed. We moved to the door and as he opened it he felt stunned. I just watched with Iarnuil as we were confused with all that. Our parents stood there by the door embracing each other. We were standing there in silence until they let go of each other and looked at us. "Araithil, Iarnuil, Iarvenil...

The Valliant Heart: Goodbyes.

Story

I have reached Minas Tirith two days ago, still broken from everything that happened but I have managed to focus on my task once again. First thing to do... I needed to go to the Steward to get my orders. I was deeply in shock after hearing that my little brothers are to follow me to that blasted vale. Anyway... the Steward made me look and feel emotionless. I felt only emptiness. Emptiness and pain. I felt like darkness was reaching out for me and with those hard feelings I went back home for a brief rest. I didn't want to meet or speak to my parents.

The Scholar: Meeting of the Thanduils

This day started different than always even if I was doing all that everyday. I went to the Dome of Sun as punctual as always leaving sleeping Naerhad at home. He finally deserved to rest after so many years of service. Talking about battles made me nervous as now all four of my sons were out there as a soldiers of Gondor. I couldn't bear the thought about losing them all one day. The day passed by and I came back home. I went inside and after leaving my cloak in our bedroom I went to the kitchen to prepare the lunch for both of us. I was calm and focused on my task.

Story

It is a late afternoon when Naerhad wakes up again. After his voluntary work he came home only to fall asleep almost instantly. The sun is already starting to set as the twilight shimmers through the windows of his home. He can't be sleeping all day. He may be old, but not that old. Naerhad tries to get up, but his body seems asleep still. Everything hurts but eventually he manages to get dressed. He proceeds downstairs and as he approaches the kitchen he hears a faint humming of a melancholy tune. He follows the music until he finds his wife, calmly preparing their lunch.
