Chronicle: "The Last Light of Lórien"

Author:
Ceneshar, High Chronicler of the Golden Wood, Loreward of the Silent Archive

In the twilight of the Third Age, Lothlórien's High Chronicler Ceneshar commits a hidden crime to protect a darker purpose, one born of grief, love, and a forbidden record. Dyghus, the Great Strength, Chapter III: Test of Strength

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

It was a cruel night – dark and cold, empty of emotion yet corrupted, and it stabbed Nenusidh’s warm heart like a knife. The land was giving the ranger a message – a rather bitter message at that, that there cannot be mercy. The moon was neither bold nor strong enough to best the cruel skies, and the stars were too few and much covered. The land was covered in darkness, yet despite so, there was a fragment of light within the ranger.

Chapter I, Part I: Evil Beneath the Blue Mountains

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story
Somewhere in the depths of the Blue Mountains, there is a once quiet, and unfrequented, cave system. From the outside, it still appears uninhabited, except by a bear and a colony of bats, but any visitor unlucky enough to find this isolated place and foolish enough to venture deep inside, would be met with death. For there in the shadows lurk hidden guards, dark-clad men and women whose job is to execute trespassers in utter silence.

Twentieth Debate - The Meaning of Corruption

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Corruption... is it truely that evil, or is it just misunderstood? I was always told that corruption was an evil thing, but is it really that tainted, or is it just an energy that is misused by the people who gain it?
I sighed as I remembered Minyelaírë's alarmed expression, seeing her look at my black eyes... "Black as the darkest depths..." She said, holding her sword in such a way that I might examine my reflection. She told me of what she thought about the misunderstandings of corruption, and I repented slightly.

Corruption X – Fall of the Autumn Leaves

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Reiven stood still before the falls of Imladris, feeling the refreshing touch of its spray on her skin. For the first time her heart calm and mind was silent. To her It was more like awakening from a dream which she has been captive for a long time. Her memories for the past couple of weeks were misty that she could only remember the darkness and strong pain.

Corruption Part IX - An Encounter

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

A sword sparkled coldly under the bright light of the moon while leaving its sheath… Nothing moved other than the soft wind blowing around them. Reiven watched the hooded he elf shouting behind her blurred vision.
