Any gambling which rises higher than one gold can be considered an illegal gambling ring or operation, and is finable by an amount equal to the illegal gambling funds, resulting in a days sentence for each individual involved.

Smuggling illegal items, materials, and criminals will result in a fine appropriate to the severity of the crime, if the fine cannot be paid the crime will be paid off in jail for a duration determined by the Captain.
- Fencing.
Buying or selling stolen goods will result in a standard 10 silver fine for each stolen item, the seizing of all profits made from the stolen goods, the seizing of all stolen goods, and a night in jail with a 35 silver bail. More valuable stolen merchandise will have appropriate fines to it's worth.
If none of the fines can be paid, the price will be paid with time in jail by duration determined by the Captain. The stolen items cannot be used to pay the fines, nor can the profits. However the offenders own coin can.
