East we must go...

Here I sit again in Imladris, my Lady sat not far from me.. glancing at her.. while she reads and writes.. the beauty she has is the reason poetry and song was formed.. to help describe in words what cannot be seen by the eye.. it is easy to find solice and contentment here in Imladris.. but as time presses ever onwards.. the call to step out again draws near..

It's strange to open my old, dusty book again. The pages are old and they are difficult to read.
This is a book with personal notes, consisting of thoughts and events that have happened over the last decades.
My old notes describe me as young and restless lady in its search for a song that haunts me, a song from something or someone trying to summon me.

There is still hope!

I have returned from a great host.. the freepeoples of this land have made their stand Lin Giliath still stands if not all the more so! since recent events.

It seemed the enemy had chosen to strike at the small elven enclave in the North Downs.. a haven to many who travel and seek shelter. Our foe sorely underestimated our resolve. Old alliances were renewed and and news ones forged as Elves, Men, Dwarves and Hobbits stood side by side.

The battles were won, some at a dear cost.. but such is the way of wars..

We have journeyed from Falathorn to as far as Imladris.. our goal was to reach the Golden wood.. alas we have spent much time now in Imladris, my Lady has enjoyed the serene atmosphere and has spent many days in the great library and gardens. while there is still the need to make our way to Lorien, for now our time is here.

I have spent several weeks keeping as sharp as I can roaming the Trollshaws and the lonelands, scouting if you will..keeping a sharp eye and aiding where I can.

A letter from Lindon

To my love the one who has my heart..

I write to you on a quiet and still night.. the moon shedding light into this peaceful sanctuary hoping all is well for you in lorien. My Father seems pleased with my progress and under his instruction I am learning as much as I can, he seems a little distracted at times.. but that is nothing new.. I sense his time here is drawing to an end.. it is perhaps why he is pouring what he knows and what he has learned into his Son.

My heart is in joy..
He is finally back..
He came when I least expected him.. I had this awful feeling inside the day before he came back, he have always been so vague about his duties in Lindon, Though I knew he was visiting his father.. But I had this feeling he was upto something else aswell, since he didn't want me to follow him.. I had thoughts that he were preparing for a battle in some forms or another or something else of important matters that is not suppose to reach my ears.. Maybe is just silly thoughts....

Diary entry #4

Tis a bitter sweet thing to gaze onto the glassy sea in such a serene place.. and yet not have the company of the one I hold dear.

It has been some time now since I arrived in Lindon, my father is visibly happier.. under his watchful eye I am learning to mentor.. I feel utterly under qualified to do such but he feels now is the time..
I find this place a small marvel.. meeting so many Eldar who seek to journey west.. also many younger Eldar whom have seen little of war or the wider realm but hunger for knowledge from those wiser than they.
