Diary entry #4

Tis a bitter sweet thing to gaze onto the glassy sea in such a serene place.. and yet not have the company of the one I hold dear.

It has been some time now since I arrived in Lindon, my father is visibly happier.. under his watchful eye I am learning to mentor.. I feel utterly under qualified to do such but he feels now is the time..
I find this place a small marvel.. meeting so many Eldar who seek to journey west.. also many younger Eldar whom have seen little of war or the wider realm but hunger for knowledge from those wiser than they.

I would liken this place a little to Imladris, the peace here is equally tangible.
Even with all that i do here.. my heart is has its deep longing to see ther again, Amorith.
To be separated yet again is a strange thing but at least in this case the purpose is good and positive, even so her smile and countenance are in my conscious always.

I sing to the sea and I sing to the land for I miss her..
