Milcroft

The Battle of Nan Wathren was going well, but also many of the men were already wounded and tired of fighting. Kat fought well, but suddenly felt something sharp on her wrist. She haven't paid attention to it and continued fighting. The enemy started overwhelming them...

After meeting Carren Katrandil got called by the town captain. His intention was clear - He needed her as one of the warriors in their attack on Nan Wathren. Katrandil sighed and unwillingly prepared herself to the battle. She mounted up and rode to the Western Pass. Kat sat down by the small pool. She had a short moment before the warriors gather for the battle.

And after exploring the town, Kat crossed the Trestlespan and started another journey - to find herself again. She stood on the hill peering into distance, enjoying the views and still wishing that she could have someone by her side now. 

Here I am, but what should I do now? They have a need of people like me after the attack...

I have a chance to find work here, and to get more settled life with my family... 

I need a moment to gather my thoughts...

After spending the night in the Prancing Pony, Katrandil left Bree again. Still lost in her thoughts, but careful. She knows that there is danger both behind and ahead her. She reached the gates of Trestlebrigde and sighs. 
"I wish you were here..." She said to herself thinking about her husband, children and friend. Then she moved to the city.
