JOURNAL ENTRY - Being scolded by Bear

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

The yearning to see Imladris, as I documented earlier, is shared by all elves. Travel through the Trollshaws, however, is altogether another matter. Whatever possessed Elrond to settle the Golodhrim there, after the evacuation of Eregion, must have more to do with its stunning scenery than its ease of navigation. Centuries have proven the location to be highly defensible, no doubt because the Enemy struggles to even find the place.

A New Beginning

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

I arrived at Rivendell some time ago. It was quite a hard journey as the Trollshaws are so wild and there’s lots of creatures about... Wolves kept jumping out and scaring Lith – my horse. There’s also a lot of bears. I tried to keep my distance and ride far from them, but one attacked me so I had to shoot it with my crossbow. I didn’t have a choice. I was unharmed, thankfully, but it managed to leave a large gash on my cheek. I hope the scar will fade.

The Time to Speak - Part I

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Canopies covering the roads of Caras Galadhon rustled gently against the rolling winds. The twilight skies brought a mystical glow throughout the city as it always had and the citizens roamed about at their own interests, passing back and forth from the swan fountain where Faorie often played.

Gauredan Attack in the Trollshaws

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Lathrandir had slipped past the Gauredan scouts and into their camp with ease, but the tunnels were proving more difficult. He'd crept up, down, left, right, the pitch-black passages crossing and circling back on themselves, and he was no longer entirely sure which way the entrance lay.

OOC note: This adventure will serve as a log for the duration of the time we are on the road. It will likely remain unfinished until the event is complete and we are back home in Bree. I plan to update it after every night of RP. Please also note that this is strictly for OOC reference, and this does not exist ICly. Its main purpose is to serve as a catchup guide for anyone who may have missed a day previously, or to simply review what happened the night before.

Day 1; 28/3/14:

Calling to Thendryt

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

The vale was quiet as it usually was.

The sun was slowly rising, lighting the upper half of the Homely House. This was what Faorie could see as she rode into Imladris with Thendryt's journal stored into Ebrail's left satchel. Slowing down, she crossed the vine draped bridge of Rivendell, shifting her gaze across the landscape.
