A Seaside Farewell To Summer (2017)

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

The Order was pondering over ideas for new socials and adventures and whatnot during our kin meeting in July and I had one that was definitely ambitious.

I acquired what the lankeys call a holiday house in West Gondor. Generally speaking, I am more than happy to share my good luck with my Kin - so began planning a trip for all who were able to go visit and have a relaxing and fun time away, though nowt beats our happy home in The Shire.

The Hobbit Yuletide Song

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Poetry

Oh, the days are dark and dusky
And the northern wind brings news of coming cold
All the birds have left our land and headed south
With only crows left in our fold

But my mood is light and merry and I smile
I think of happy days ahead
For the yule is getting closer now
There are things to do to be prepared

Dwarrow Faire Song

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Poetry

Dwarrow Faire Song

Rumbling in the distance, sights of a dusty line
Hobbits all excited, they’ve waited for a sign
Carts and ladened wagons roll into the square
Traders bring their goods out and they start the dwarrow faire

Lyshko's Lullaby

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Poetry

Lyshko's Lullaby

What a day it has been
With our close friends and kin
When they all came ter welcome yer here
And the times have been good
Filled with laughter and food
And this song whispered soft in yer ear

Grand Fishing Song

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Grand Fishing Song

Aah, went out fishing today
Hoped to catch me my prey
Eat it up without delay, oh yay

Aah, brought me pole to the lake
Tried to stay all awake
Eating fine fresh-baked cake, oh yay

Perch and dace were jumping around
So I snuck to the shore without making a sound
Threw me lure in the waters deep
Then I tried me best not to fall asleep

Aah, as the sun shone on me
I wanted many mugs of tea
And me stomach did agree, oh yay
