Chapter Five: The Flames of Memory

It had been many years, since Garmorn had felt like this - So shocked, so powerless in the face of events. His younger brother, with emphasis on "younger", had the strength and willpower to offend him, so deeply that he might wonder if this had been some form of curse from Mahal, or a dream - A memory of the past, of his previous pain, and of the dark torture that took place nigh thirteen years ago, relative to the time that this tale is noting.

The elf sat at his bedside, somehow knowing these were his sworn brothers last moments in life. The farmer turned his head to smile tiredly at the elf. "Oi, Lemon..... You r'member wha' AH tuld ya? Bout them two stars so close t'gether, like they be hold'n 'ands?"

((Please note that this is in no way supposed to be taken for lore or IC, this is a legend that Nimlith told at Wilderness Appreciation Day. Legends may have a grain of truth in them but are usually not factually correct!
This is also
based on a legend from my native country, but the facts and story have been changed quite a bit, only the outcome is the same...))

The glory of vengeance

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Poetry

With eyes set to kill

And clothes drenched in blood

With the scent of death and agony

Under the stars of the North

In the midst of night

A deed of vengeance arose

They took from him, his own blood

A son he raised and loved

They took his pride

Folktales - The 3 gifts of Old Mother Bird

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Poetry
== The three gifts of Old Mother Bird == Very early on, at the beginnings of time, ''Old Mother Bird'', who was very old and often very lonely & restless had a plan to experience new things. She sat in her nest upon a high perch at the Red Rock and laid her last 3 eggs - her beloved children. Out of these eggs came three identical looking black birds - Rook, Crow & Raven... all looked very much alike but each were very different in temperment but all loved their mother and yearned for her favours.
