[Day 715]

Day 715

I We have found our way back to the town of Bree in Bree-land. It has been a long time since we were here and it is good to see the town again.
Small things have changed and still many things have changed. I have seen few to none that are familiar but many new faces I have seen. It has been good and I have been quick to settle in here again.
Heng is still trying to get used to the winter so far north. It is nothing like we have had to face in the past. I fear we may catch an illness if we are not careful and maybe I shall be able to find a way to wear shoes while my feet do not touch the ground. Maybe I will not break my connection then.

The man with the mask took me to the bakeshop that is said to be owned by an artist baker. I did not meet her the first night but I did have the company of two others and we spoke for long while we sat by a waterfall. It was relaxing.
Today I did meet the baker and we agreed to trade. I will find Heng and have him help me make a Charm of the Merchant to trade so that her shop may be filled with blessings and coin.

I visited the Mad Boar but its doors were closed. I was saddened by this, I had hoped our charm would have brought its blessings to this place we grew to love. Maybe they did not know it was meant to be outside to sing in the wind?
I am also stuck with a gift and I must find a
new mother with child to give it to. To my surprise and sorrow, I learned that the woman, whose wedding I did attend, is still not with child despite it being so long. Maybe our blessing was not strong enough to aid her husband to be fertile. He is old. I had hoped to return to see her heavy with child or a newborn.

For now, I must prepare a new charm and hope this time the blessing shall hold and aid the baker and her shop. I will have to speak again to the masked man and hope he has heeded my guidance. I shall try to meet with Aeruthuil again as well, the man is troubled still.
