Redwick

Late night in the Mead Hall

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

Ysle and the lads have gone to sleep, leaving the usual mess to clean up. Ah, well, it's my job after all, and men have other things in their mind, more important things. It feels heartwarming, even, to tidy up after them - like they were my family. A family I care for, a family I belong to, and that I help in every way I can.

It almost feels like I'm still in my home, with dad, and brother. And even sister, yes. Even her.

I wish I had a sister like Ysle. Strong, yet not silly; with a family of her own, and not the stupid ideas of a rebellious little child.

The Hardest of Trials

When Redwick and Therwen had made their way to Snowbourn the had sun had begun setting behind the mountains, the skies with orange and beautiful; few clouds flew above them and the skies were almost clear.

'T'was a dark night in the wilderness beyond the East Wall in the war-riddled kingdom of Rohan, and through the mountains echoed cries of battle and the sound of crude swords clashing against wooden shields. Orcs from Isengard had fallen upon a group of Eorlings, seeking to bring naught but destruction to the proud horselords.

The orcs, however numerous, found that whatever might the Horselords may possess, it was far too great for them to overcome.

Redwick and Therwen's Letter to Alfknutr

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

*written neatly in Westron*

Greetings Knot and our friends in the Mead Hall,

We miss you folk, for it has been long since we have last seen you and much has happened since. We are parents now to a beautiful girl who we named Erline. We wish to be wed as we return to Bree and wish Knot to bind us. We will return as soon as winter has passed.

We hope you all are well.

With much love,

Red and Therwen

The Beginning to What?

Redwick walked with the head of an orc in his left hand, thinking his job complete and every pile of hay checked. He was wrong.

Saying Farewell

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

That evening Red had made his way home finding himself weary of his work. When he had come down the street to his home in Snowbourn he noticed that there was a cart with several boxes piled upon it behind the little house. He was silent and his mood somewhat grim and perhaps he sought a bit of solitude. He checked over his shoulders to see if anyone was watching before he climbed onto the cart and carelessly scaled the boxes.

The Plight of Boredom(And the Loss of a Friend)

Story

Being in Snowbourn again meant that Redwick had to find some sort of work to aid the folk of Snowbourn and to ensure that he and Therwen were fed. He loathed the thought of spending many boring hours in a tower with naught to do, and so he shunned that duty which he once had and turned to working on a farm as a guardsman.
