They moved through the Trestlespan to see another orcs fighting with the town guards. The hobbit moved away from them, following the Elf Lord as much as possible. "You was right about the orcs, Miss Queen.." - Suoma said in Katrandil's direction. The forngarmo chuckled as she heard the word "Queen" adressed to her. "I told you that I am just a simple traveller.." - She said in return then gave Ornessar a knowing look. Both of them chuckled then after a moment moved on.

Alongside his kin and his Chieftain, Atharan bears witness to the last moments of his brother Halbarad. No such pain has he felt in a long long time..... What a terrible moment for a man who has lost much already.
But not only for him, for all of what remained of the Dunedain of the north, this is a great loss.

((This is part of a possible future in wich Sigfread might find himself! It is not yet roleplayed to be and might not even be so....))

A very close friend to Atharan. Perhaps you could call them brothers if you did not know better.
He is one of a handful of people that Atharan would follow into battle and into death.
His brother, his Captain......

It comes to him as dawn rises over the lake. The water steaming gently as it warms, as though the lake itself breathes. This early in a cool autumn morning the birds are only beginning to wake. A single heron flies with deliberate strokes along the edge of the shore, grey bird against misted water, coming to land with surprising grace.

The heron finds its fishing spot and freezes.Tarchlang watches the bird, looks over the lake. The solitude oddly magnified by the presence of one fishing bird.

'He's as tight as an overstretched lute string.'

Poetry

' I need them, old friend.'

The grey-haired man pinches the bridge of his nose, then rubs his thumb wearily over his forehead. He looks up slowly from his stool by the fire towards the other man perched on the worn oak chest.

'Men ... lads,' he continues, ' I'd even take a green boy or two if that's all there are to spare.'

The desperation behind his grey eyes leaks into his words as he picks up his pipe. Halbarad smiles wanly back at him as he listens to the too-familiar litany before replying.
