The Gulls Cry Ever On

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

The first thing I heard was the crashing of waves along the shoreline. The sound was hypnotizing but arrhythmic, no true pattern to be discerned as the ocean crests and falls. It soothes a longing in my soul. I heard the cries of seagulls as they flew overhead, sharp and piercing, but familiar.

The Commander and a Close Shave

Story

The formation held in the depths. Goblins threw themselves at the Company’s rescue party. The commander had impaled and cut down many of the vanguard goblin warriors, and his fellows had done much the same. Between the dwarven screaming of Kildwin and the exasperated war cries of Furley, the commander struggled to keep order with the rest of his troops. What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

It had been a quick ride, Furley's horse, Calista, responding to his need for urgency, and he had almost clattered into the commotion on the road north, before stopping and doubling back, finally skirting round the tree-line, out of sight from the group.

Furley had his armour on, including his helmet strapped tight, and an expression mixed between a growl and sheer panic. Still, he kept his composure, as he held the horse's reins, ready to jump into the saddle, and had his sword loosened in its sheath.

"Lady Dorvarun, lady Dorvarun, we got trouble!!"

Dorvarun was sitting in Hall of Fire, when she heard  the familiar voice, she closed one of the books that she was studying, and looked at the entrance. It was Duvainell, one of her company members that stayed back in Bree in order to help Deorla with the task that she gave her.
