I've been given a letter from miss Sera. I find the content of it troubling and insulting. I can't say that I know for certain why those two continue to try and drag my name through the mud, but after a long thought and a conversation with Remdir, I've decided that I cannot have the woman suffer. Even if I must now do the work of other healers.
* Write a letter to miss Sera.
A few words stuck with me after my conversation with miss Alys. I still find it strange how it ended up feeling as if I had just been speaking with miss Blackburrow. Maybe it was the tone or choice of words, might be something that follows the family and close friends. The conversation led to nothing, aside from one thing that sat with me.
I visited Remdir. Thought to visit him with some wine just to have company for the evening. I arrived as he was about to head out. I was allowed to follow.
He took me to a tree where he mourns those he has lost. Once a year, always on the same day. I've offered to join him next year as well.
* Figure out more about 'survior's guilt'
The upcoming week will be busy with all that must be prepared. Aeruthuil is making a slow recovery, but hopefully should be able to move soon. Ruevir and myself shall continue to watch him and care for in shifts.
Miss Rushwood came by to meet with Aeruthuil, suggested by Ruevir. She seemed to be in a rush after. I'm not sure if she had work to do or if she has decided to avoid my company, it's hard to tell. I didn't keep her either way.
