Diary,
It's been a few days since I last wrote in here. Not much happened aside from buying a horse from a farmer. She's old, but healthy enough to carry me, and called Ethel. She's wonderful but I don't know how long she'll last.
So today... where do I begin? I had a breakdown I guess. Old memories came to the fore. I was talking to Eroforth and Taala, they're amazing, if not very open about their relationship. I guess that's good for them but it makes me uncomfortable. I enjoyed my conversation with them and a an named Eordion arrived. His sister called him Dimwit, though I forget her name and Eroforth introduced me as "Lioness," a nickname I am growing fond of.
It all went wrong when Taala asked me if people back home ate their mates. That made me think of... no I won't break down again. I left in a hurry before I cried my eyes out. They came after me, a gesture I appreciate, and I returned to the Pony because they had gone home. I met a small girl called Dee, she seemed bright, but she had some speech and language problems it seemed. She was cute and helped cheer me up. I'm better now just hope I don't break down again.
