It’s sooo cold here! I set off on an adventure with Gold, and Acherd… It was kind of a spur of the moment thing.. I did no planning or packed any long term supplies… But It was worth it! The places we went, and stuff we saw! It was so fun. We parted ways last night, I figured if I can handle Moria alone.. I should be fine here! Our first stop was in… I’m not sure.. I didn’t really pay attention or ask where we were… but At first I bought just a quiver of arrows… then I asked if was going to be cold where we were going, and they said very, so I went to the same outfitter, and gave him a few gold coins for a full winter outfit.

We headed out on the road, going through some very creepy woods… everything was dead...like the trees and such.. wild dogs in the fields along with looked like spectres… We kept to the road though, and I made sure to stay close with my friends… I’m pretty sure I could’ve handled myself.. but who wants to fight when you can avoid it! I had no idea where we were going… I just talked about random stuff.. that had been on my mind.. like I do with all my friends.. Although, if someone wants to tell me a secret.. They really shouldn’t I wouldn’t even trust myself to keep it!

Gold started to tell us about a statue of a man, a giant man! Which it was a great sight to see! We came across these other men statues standing around together.. Gotta, say, the dwarves are better statue makers… I don’t know.. it just seems like they sorta gave up at the end there.. like the details for the legs and such. It’s like they got fired so they didn’t finish the job. Then we came across the giant colossal one my friend told us about you could see it miles away!! Talk about a great meet up point.

As we arrived.. there was a Rope hanging down from the statue.. I guess you can climb up it.. But really guys! The rope leads straight up into the statue’s crotch. I was told you get to the head… of it’s body… from there.. SO there’s an opening in his crotch… ANYWAY I thought it to be a bit ridiculous. They should’ve just made a ladder on the side or something! We made camp there that night, where I found out that both of my friends used to be performers!

I think my friends should give up being trappers… It doesn’t fit their personalities… At least that’s what I think.. Maybe I’ve only seen there nice sides? But I’ve seen Gold save several people in the Pony, myself included. Trappers don’t save people! They end people… but they say it’s all there good at.. I still call shenanigans. I think they need to close that dreadful chapter in there lives, and start one that isn’t so… scary.. a happy chapter… a joyful one.
Before we left the ranger’s camp, my friends both showed me a bit of how they used to live.. Acherd did this amazing balancing trick with a staff, it was great stuff! Then Gold showed us a dance, that I tried to mimic but failed utterly. Ha! if anyone who doesn’t have a “talent” It’s me! I only Garden from people… I don’t have any special kind of skill.. speaking of that… As we left the camp… I took the ranger’s wandering blonde steed… for fun.. I don’t think they were too happy about that. Oh well I replaced it with that black one, with orange bearings.

After leaving the giant man statue.. everything got less scary, and more and more beautiful! There was a huge lake and amazing buildings… that they don’t upkeep… It’s filthy inside! Gold said they kept prisoners inside… that are dead now… I came up with my own theory of why they don’t upkeep the building.. That when someone does go inside to clean… they never return! There’s a statue of a man, beds, and tables. And, like a water place… I guess you can bathe.. sleep and eat! Haha not sure If I would want to bathe in the same place I eat at… Off to the sides are the two locked rooms… Thankfully we didn’t stay there too long. Acherd wanted to live there.. I say he’s nuts I tell you! No haunted places for me! hahaha

We had one more stop before our final push into the snowy tundra… and there the twat merchant refused to show me his wares… It was there that I left him the Rangers blonde steed and rode off with his nice… keg loaded steed. I heard him yelling, and I only thought was… Shoulda let me see what you had to sell! Maybe that was a bit mean… but hey there’s that Karma thing ! He had it coming I tell ya!
As we got into town, I got distracted by these Giant...beasts...of some kind! They were huge! and this little dwarf was like controlling them! Well.. using them to carry his wares around.. How he ever managed to get those sacks up on top of that beast is beyond me.. We setup camp that night, at that little settlement, we decided to wait until Morning to head out again.

To pass the time, we shared some stories.. I learned a lot about Gold that night.. I sorta understand now why he is the way he is… though… I do hope that someday he will not see his world in such a black and white setting… I don’t want them to be Trappers anymore… I never liked working with the Trappers… I hated having the feeling of needing to look over my shoulder. But in the end… it’s their life.. and if that’s how they like living it… I guess I shouldn’t interfere…

After his tale about himself.. It was still late in the eve, so I told one of me… It kinda slipped out of my mouth.. I didn’t think… I explained that Ceciliy wasn’t my real name. I told them who my Father was… Felix Leventhor.. Acherd… commented on Felix being my father, after my story.. My brain decided not to work for a moment.. and I forgot I had just told him that… but it seemed like he knew him.. but when I asked he didn’t say… he changed the topic almost… Hmm.. Maybe I’ll figure that mystery out someday.
At dawn, we headed out to the next camp… the wild life… really didn’t like Acherd.. It was okay though, but… maybe he had some kind of exotic fruit or something in his bags that just attracted the animals to him! I have no idea, but we were able to fend off everything pretty easily. We went inside a cave, which was exciting, I was hoping we’d see a dragon! or something, but gold said it was safe inside… well.. until the end.. then there were these crazy people… who were trying to pretend to be wolves! Talk about… nuts! They wore wolves on their heads! Poor pups!

Shortly after, we made it to the next camp, where we parted ways...I guess I’ll be wandering for a bit out here! I’m glad I left Roach in town… though I really should’ve asked for someone to watch him… I have him tied up outside the Pony.. Hopefully he’ll be fine. I took all my valuables from my saddle bags before I left.
