My dearest Ceciliy, I am writing this quick note, and leaving it with a stable hand at Durin's Threshold. They notice EVERYONE passing through. I have made a base camp further in the mines at the Dolven View. However, I spend all my time in theSilvertine Lodes..... because there is a secret treasure hidden there! Riddle based... so I wonder if this is what Dudon was after? Maybe by following the riddles, I can get one step closer to his whereabouts? Find me when you're in the area, I look forward to meeting you in person!

When I woke this morning... or night.. or whatever... time it is... right now.. Cirdu was gone, but I was quite sure he wouldn't leave me somewhere alone where he thought I'd might be in danger.. I decided to head back to the entrance, I wanted to check with that dwarf if he found the lady that looks like she knows what she was doing ! Anyway... I actually managed to remember my way back!! Maybe my challenge will be soon!! I hope I'm really curious what it could be! I know its in here... hmm.. Maybe I should have left a note for him.. at the camp.. oh well I'm too far now! I should really think before I do stuff... sometimes at least.
I HAD to go outside, so I poked my head outside, for a little bit, then I came back completely forgot that I ment to ask that dwarf about the lady, As I was running back into the mines, the stable hand stopped me, handing me a letter, shaking his head. Saying the girl who got the letter from patches gave him this to give to me... Patches? Then I realized the dwarf I gave the letter to yesterday... had an eye patch... Ha man I didn't notice that yesterday. She said she made her base camp at Dolven.. welll I have no idea where that is... Maybe I do... actually Nope nah No idea... I'll just have to show Cirdu this letter... If I can run back into him, I hope he doesn't freak out when I'm gone from the camp... I really should've left a note! I asked the guide where Dolven was... He muttered some kind of nonsensical blabber I just looked at him dumbfounded. I had no idea what he said! They really should hire a new Guide...
I'm sitting on top of these boxes, I guess I can only hope Cirdu comes back this way... We scouted ahead, finding some interesting evidence of some kind of struggle on the bridge. We continued further to see if we could see if found anything under... however the orcs were having a huge feast, and we wouldn't of been able to sneak past. So we went and set up camp further back from the camp. I can't say my hopes are high for my little friend... but I still have hope... I look at the fall and I just don't know how anyone could survive such a drop... But perhaps my little pal did something witty to lessen the fall. I made sure to pack the best pies and carrot cakes for my little friend. Now that I think about it.. I should have packed actual medical supplies... Maybe I can venture out tonight and find some...
YES I'm completely dodging events.. I... found out Cirdu likes.. me.. If that wasn't obvious from the kiss yesterday... but It wasn't to me .. so I'm glad he told me.. but I don't understand why.. I guess I could ask.. but I don't want to.. I'm kind of afraid of what he'd say. I don't know why.. I just am. It's hard to describe the feelings..You know.. thinking about it... He has talked about having a lot of girl "friends" Maybe he treats them all this way! Hahaha! I guess I could ask him that. I gotta say.. It wouldn't surprise me... He is quite charming, without even trying! Actually if when I met him.. he tried to rub my feet I would've ran so far away form him he'd never would've remembered what I looked like ! hahha! I think that happened actually with someone else. God the people I run into I swear!
I'm glad he decided to come to the mines... Apparently he has spent a few years in here. He showed me a path I should never go down because of some kind of Ant people.. though... I am curious what they look like. I think.. maybe I'll just take a peek someday... Maybe after this, I mean... what's just taking a Peek going to hurt? I wont get close! Hmmm I think I'm going to go look now I really wanna see what ant people look like!
