Recently, in an attempt to bring a woman in for questioning in relation to an attempted murder, a man named Hanthan began to interfere. He gradually became more violent; going from threats and insults, to drawing blades and nearly cutting members of the watch. In the heat of the moment, the woman wanted for questioning, and possibly tried for attempted murder, fell to an injury sustained on an earlier date, and had to be taken into care. Hanthan was last seen running off into beggars alley, and could not be pursued do to the injured woman.
His charges are assault, two counts of attempted murder towards members of the watch (disputable, may just be considered a violent threat as no blood was shed) of evading arrest, and public disturbance. He isnalso responsible for the woman falling to her wound. He should be found as soon as possible. Since his crimes are more serious, and directly seen by other members of the watch, he is needed to be put away for a reasonably long amount of time, and have a bail set very high (possibly too high to afford).
Please keep in mind, I am a relatively low ranking watcher, and this is mostly just a suggestion - although I do know the law, I am trying not to over-step my rank. But I do know that this individual most likely needs to be put away.
Signed, Constable Rhyanda Brenthorn.
