Malliel

I am still in shock at the event that transpired a couple of days ago. I received an urgent summons by Andarne, to which I promptly responded to.

But two days ago, Andarne and I rode to Duillond where we discovered the Festival Garden and it's Spring festivities. We entered the cave, I was in awe upon the sight. The place has a beauty about it and would be ideal to sit in peacefully to meditate. I was not impressed by what I saw, however.

*He takes out the book, sitting down as he puts his quill to a clean page*

It is done. Malliel sent fourth a letter to Lorien, seeking my aid in hope that I would be sent to Eriador for a time. That has happened and I now seat myself upon a chair in the 'home' I will use when I am in such part of the world.

*Dips the quill in the vial of ink*

It turns out, Malliel's reason for summoning me was more so to speak of news than she requires my aid. But alas, I will remain and see where I am needed.

I cannot believe my luck! My beloved proposed marriage to me yesterday! I was in total shock, I was not expecting it so soon! We have known each other a human month. What a month it has been!

I was resting in Andarne's home, when he returned from whatever business he had to attend to. He walked into the room, I sensed he was anxious. He paced around, questioning me whether I loved him and whether the time we have spent together has been well spent. I answered his questions and approached him. I was concerned something was amiss.

The Elvish writing is neatly presented. Not one error has been made.

I knew my life would change once I left Lothlorien. Never did I suspect it would change how it has! Just a short time after arriving in Eriador, I have found someone who brings me utter joy. I still cannot believe this is reality!
