I feel drawn back to Breeland, as it is the perfect place to recruit for my force opposing Lady Hughes.  This time, I was out in search of a vigilante.

I was out in Search of the Black Viper.

And he wasn't hard to find, if you know where to look.

So I went straight to the Prancing Pony and found him standing near the fire with his ally, Harlyn.

Annsuel grew tired over the days. Attacks upon attacks, injuries upon injuries. She could only take it for so long. She gave up. Completely to the point she was ready to die, willing to die. A man who had attempted to murder her before found her once more, his name Fallang. When he held his knife to Annsuel, she wasn't afraid. She didn't even move.  He punched her and wrapped his hand around her neck, but Annsuel had neither the strength northern desire to fight back. 

She just sat there. 

Annsuel woke up in a strange place. Pain from her side grasped her and made the world around her fuzzy. At first she couldn't quite remember what had happened, only that every muscle in her body ached and that she couldn't move. The sheets she laid upon was soft and the room was warmly lit by a fire. 

The marks upon Addiel's wrist have just begun to fade. The wire had not cut deep; her struggles against her bonds during that time had been minimal. Perhaps, she thought, because she had allowed it to happen, and that the physical bindings bore no significance to the struggles within her mind and heart.
