An elderly dwarf lady with a long white beard, finely braided and covered in a myriad of adamants enter the noisy Hall of Law of Thorin's Halls. As she enters the noise turns down to only a few quite whispers, as she sits next to the two other judges giving them a gentle bow and taking in the rather large crowd that seems to be present.

I have not received any reply from you to my last correspondence, so I assume that you still hold your claim and right of compensation? If so, then the matter must be taken to law-court, if you wish to claim it. If not, it is null and void!

Prologue

I was charged to increase trade exchanges between the Dwarves and my people, and improve relations, which had grown cold over the years. My people understood the need to work together in these dark days, as we Elves have come to recognize that living in isolation benefits no one.

It was with great pride that Duinn son of Muninn began to scribble an offical note for official business, for the ravens had finally arrived. Seven in number and bearing the sigils of the Seven Houses, and all had come to Thorin's Halls to the Great Halls.
