VIII. Mysteries unsolved

After all, there finally comes an end on this story. Long the red company traveled, far and astray. It was in Eregion they found old records of the Noldor. ring-lore you know, writings of the time the rings of power were forged by Celebrimbor. They took the records before it would fall in the hands of the enemy. We would not know what damage it could cause against us. Their way led through the Dwarrowdelf, Khazad-dum in the tongue of the dwarves.

Finally we needed to make a journey to Lotlorien. Very close to Rivendell, we arrived at Ford Bruinen. We had to deal with that disease for once and for all!

Here, the red company left the road to Amon Sûl, the great watchtower visible on the horizon. Here waved I, Theogorn, the red company goodbye and while the red company went on south and east, I returned to Bree to watch the borders.
