The Hithaeglir, from Afar

What type of content is this?:
Artwork: Drawing

Today we set out from Gwingris toward the Hithaeglir, and the mountains which I have seen from afar grow nearer with every step. They call to me, their bleak slopes and jagged silhouettes, and I cannot help but marvel in the beauty of the works of Aulë. Though I know the crossing will be difficult, and the cold bitter, there is something about the mountains which I have always loved, since the days of my youth.

Sketch of Melondene (née Boffin) Birdsfoot, Corydalia's "Ma"

What type of content is this?:
Artwork: Drawing

Melondene (née Boffin) Birdsfoot, wife of Rubicund Birdsfoot, master jeweller, and mother of Franco, a Bounder, and Corydalia, current apprentice to Nadvald of the Lonely Mountain. This is a brief sketch intended to capture Melondene in a moment of contentment as she presents some irises, pinks, and forget-me-nots in a vase. She is a bit plump in her maternal years, and has noticeable streaks of white in her ginger hair, with lines from smiling and a bit of matronly loose skin.

Horgo Harfield's Journal ~ Entry 3

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

Yesterday, in the evening, I was at Mr. Brablo’s library.
Upon arriving, I was actually quite shocked: I found him sitting down in his chair, sleeping. Waking up, it seemed as though he had slept since noon, or so, but I did not say much on the matter: his sleeping habits are his own, of course.

Horgo Harfield's Journal ~ Entry 2

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

It was yesterday that I had visited Mr. Brablo’s home.
His burrow was grand, and every piece of furnishing inside seemed to bring the other pieces together: paintings, sculptures, and maps. Several bookshelves lined the walls, also, which sparked a great deal of joy in me – I was standing in the burrow of an author that I admire, and everywhere his books were.

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

My home in Barleywick is quite something: the locals are already questioning my odd habits, I do believe. Though I have yet to swim, or boat – for which I fear I shall receive a great many stares.
