Ceolswith could be seen speaking with the shieldmaiden and the rider. Signs of being further along with child were obvious as her belly was rounder now. She seemed to be listening to the shieldmaiden's jokes.

It was a rainy, foggy day when his patrol was asked to leave camp. Another patrol was rumored to be missing. The fighting past the Fords of the Isen was getting worse and with the fog setting in, he was worried about also finding himself in one.

"Welcome to the annual Foaling Festival! Carved Mearas reared, nostrils wide, their hooves kicking the open air and as they looked down on the Eorling, with a deeply-drawn breath, he advanced onward.
