Backstory

(I suggest you read Eorngar's adventures -the "Concerning... Me" stories).

Eorngar was born in Aldburg, one of the oldest settlements of Middle Earth in Rohan, built by Eorl, some miles southeast of Edoras. He was a guard, but a troublemaker too. He had too many enemies, most of them were smart enough to get him arrested and accused of murder -something he never did. Eventually, he was found innocent, but since that day, he changed a lot. 

Eorngar first went to a battle at the age of 19. He will never forget how scared he was that day, thinking that he was going to fight on the first line. It was at this age that Eorngar met the love of his life. Over the years, they grew close as friends, and then romantically. They had strong feelings for each other, but they had different paths to follow -something that forced them to stay friends.

Family

He and many other Rohirrim guards were sent to Bree to stop the Orc attacks. He left without telling anything to his family. Today, the only members of his family who are alive are his sisters and him.
