| Outward Appearance | Calarmenel hails from Mirkwood, where for many years she has served in the kingdom's military. She possesses a soldier's disposition; straight-backed and stoic, which tends to benefit her better in battle than in the company of friends.
In the past, a dire facial injury left her features disfigured into a permanent scowl. With the extraordinary healing abilities of the Eldar, as well as many years spent in recovery, the scars are at their faintest, though they can be seen upon close inspection. Nevertheless, Calarmenel can be read as distant and cold, if not by her scowl, then for her reserved nature. Her truth is quite the opposite.
Although Calarmenel is of mixed heritage, she bears a great likeness toward her Sindar kindred; inheriting their great height, silken hair - not quite silver, but grey like an overcast sky - and deep onyx eyes that glimmer like a lake in the night.
OOC facts for reference:
Height: 6'1" or 185 cm Notable Scarring: A quarter-sized dip on her left cheek, close to her jaw. It spreads out in now-faint veins across her chin and mouth, though her mouth is subtly warped as if her lips were cloven terribly and sewn back up. The tip of her nose appears to have a small chunk taken from it, while the bridge of her nose is slightly bent. |
