Vatí is a dwarrowdam of the highest repute, auburn of hair and beard, with eyes of hazel and a good, stout, strong build. She is notably the bearer of a big smile and three parallel slashing scars across her face of which she is very proud, having earned them wrestling a lynx bare-handed and throwing it out of her pub, with admonishment that it was banned for life.

Her beard is immaculately kept, adorned with beads brought from the travels and adventures to all the corners of Middle-Earth by friends and patrons of the beloved local watering hole she owns (and at which she tends bar, solves disputes, and serves fine ales and interesting tales), and her hair is a mane of coppery mahogany often crowned with fresh flower wreaths, because a lady likes to be pretty sometimes.

She enjoys being fashionably dressed not only in the fashions of the dwarves but occasionally in the latest styles popular with the Men and Elves, if she can get her hands on a dress or robe of foreign make!
