Background
Born in Dale, yet raised in Bree-land by her cousins, Gwenithryth lived a rather simple life on a farm outside of Archet where her cousins were farmhands. During the time of the Blackwold raid on Archet, the farm had gotten overrun by spiders and in the process killed her cousins. Being faced with life or death, she chose life and fought off the spiders to the best of her ability.
When she was around the age of seventeen, she served as captain of a small village's guard and succeeded in holding back multiple bandit raids. She remained at the village for eight years after that, and, as soon as she turned twenty-five, she went off on her own, and it was when she arrived at the Prancing Pony that she came into contact with some officers from the Battalion. She rose up in the ranks to the rank of captain and in so doing was also successful in leading them to victory in her first battle. A little while after the battle, however, she resigned from the Battalion and formed a band of adventurers called The Blades of Valour. Things did not go as planned with the Blades of Valour, and with much reluctance she handed command of the band of adventurers over to Aranoll and resigned from the very band she founded. She is now a wanderer, and will do everything in her power to make sure all she comes across are safe, especially those near or around Goblin encampments.
