Weather-beaten and weary, Gwindulin's first impressions are usually akin to that of any other well-traveled explorer or Eriador. However even before one can spot her pointed ears, a noticeable Elven charm becomes apparent in her stride. For an elf she is quite tan from exposure to the unshaded swaths of sun-beaten realms of the Lone-Lands, as well as from her time spent in the southern reaches of the world.

Among her Eglain friends, consisting of representatives from all of the Free Peoples, she is clad in a worn out cloak, heavy mud-caked boots, and a signature green scarf. This, of course, is what most people in Middle-Earth know her by, save a few Elves who have seen her in her full gray splendor when she comes to their settlements every so often.
