Background
Halmond was born in Budgeford, and spent a majority of his early life there, working with his family & cousins.
Halmond was always fascinated with sports, especially quoits, and arranged different competitions between his family and his cousins. Halmond himself is a decent player but, according to himself, the greatest quoits player in all of the Eastfarthing.
How did Halmond become the greatest quoits player in all of the Eastfarthing? One would be advised not to ask, but if asked Halmond will gladly tell a story of when he beat a Bolger in Budgeford.
Halmond moved away from Budgeford when he turned 32 because of a dream. A dream to work at The Plough and Stars tavern in Brockeborings. The dream lasted all the way to Brockenborings. He had thought about it so much that he'd become bored of it already!
Halmond ended up doing stray jobs around Brockeborings and still does. He's visits the Plough and Stars whenever he can.
