Alinchen, daughter of Anniken, granddaughter of Grettiawyn

Found as a feral child by an old man at about the age of 7, clearly raised by a bear, and the bear was not willing to part from the girl.
The old man brought the girl and bear to a skin changer, living secluded, and with time Alinchen learned to behave more human.
However the damages done to her social development could not fully be reversed.

It has been assumed Alinchen originated from the Dale Lands, but a chance encounter led her to discover her linage to be part Rohirrim/part Easterling. Her mother and grandmother are still alive, living again in Rohan, but Alinchen found the confines of a village impossible to cope with.

The child only spoke one word when first found. It was presumed to be her name - Alinchen. However, the word she repeated in truth referred to her mother urgently whispering: "Hush, sweet, or there will be a lynching, a lynching.." just before they were separated (she was 2 at the time).

Alinchen knows the wilds like few others. When in need of coins, she earns them by selling herbs for healing and cooking.
Has been found following a company of rangers around, yet never camps with them.

She rides a huge scruffy old draft horse, called Elion. She stole him as his owner was cruel. The dog in her company came to her in similar ways.

Very animalistic, lacks complex understanding of human morality and appropriate human behaviour, but is capable of honest empathy.
