Background
Life in Hollin
Born in 813 S.A. in Ost-in-Edhel, Galahborn spent almost all of his early years in Eregion. His parents were two f the first Noldorin elves that moved in the area. His father, Alfebor, was an excellent weaponsmith, and tried to teach his art to Galahborn who tended to better at using the sword, rather than forging it. His mother's name was Doltherin and she was a typical elf healer.
When he reached the appropriate age, Galahborn joined the guard of the city. is agility, speed and technique in close combat was remarkable, although he stuggled a bit with the bow. In one of his patrols, he pumped onto a girl holding a basket with some gems. She was Nurielin, a local Noldorin gem-cutter and was meant to be the love of his life. They started travelling together in their free time and started to make plans for their future. But a new dark power had started to grow in the east.
Sauron started a war against the elves. On the day that Ost-in-Edhel fell, alahborn did not only lose his city and his home, but also lost his parents and fiance, all of them killed by orcs.
"Fires had started to spread in every corner of the city. When the retreat was sounded I started running to my house, slaying every orc that got in my way. But I was too late. I couldn't make it in time. Orcs had arrived there first and killed my parents and my fiance. Although I was tasked with the defence of the city, I was unable to saved those who I loved."
After the fall
After the fall of the city, Galahborn along with few former soldiers, found shelter and the elven refuge of Imladris. He fell in deep sorrow and soon he decided to make the trip to Aman, as there was nothing left there for him. So he started moving to the west. He lived many years in Lindon as he had second thoughts on his decision.
Then rumors started to spread about the Last Alliance of Men and Elves. Galahborn seized the chance to avanged his beloved ones and strike back the enemy for those that he took away from him. He joined the army of Elves and fought valiantly at the side of the warriors of Imladris.
Third age
After Sauron was defeated, Galahborn had overcome the deep sorrow and was ready for a new beginning. He travelled to almost all of Middle-earth and started collecting different armours from each places. He was most pleased to interact with the Dwarves and the Men of Gondor.
After all his travelling he decided that it was time to settle down, so he moved back to Imladris, where he was most welcome, and become an apprentice weaponsmith, hoping the one day he would match the art and skill of his father, and joined the Glanaur Maethyr in his attempt to purge the land from the remaining evil. He also became an ambassador to the Dwarves of the Blue Mountains, due to his excellent relations with them so he often travells to Ered Luin.
