Background
Her full name is Leainna Kuuva, but she prefers to be called "Ia", because she thinks that "Leainna" is too sophisticated name for her. She also dislikes her family name "Kuuva", which comes from the Lossoth word "Kuive" (which means ignorant or stupid). The mockery name was given to Ia's great-great-great-grandfather after he had accidentally set the village's food storage on fire. This had led to a severe famine and many of the villagers had died. The worst thing was, that it was just the beginning of a winter and the great-great-great-grandfather had been drunk while setting the storage on fire.The shame of Ia's great-great-great-grandfather is still upon the family and that's why Ia seldom mentions her family name.
She has four older brothers, whom she adores, even though, they often give her a hard time. She is accustomed to bullying and she knows how to bully people back. She loves all kind of humor and she thinks that there isn't a topic that you can't joke about. Sometimes that leads her on tense situations with other people in the Forochel, because they tend to be shier and quieter than her.
She is good at finding food from forests and she often knows where to find the best healing herbs. She isn't the best hunter in the town (nor even the second best), because she usually gets bored after a few minutes of prey stalking. At the moment she considers herself as a reindeer breeder, even though she has only one (baby) reindeer, whom she regards as a friend.
She enjoys good company and loves to chat about the weather, even though it differs in North mostly from "windy" to "not windy" and from "I can't feel my legs anymore" to "I think that I lost my legs an hour ago".
