Race/Ethnicity:  A Man of Bree.

Hair Color/Length:  Dark Brown, almost Black, kept Short and sticks up on top.

Appearance:  Young in age but old in experience. Most of the time he is serious and quiet, keeping his eyes and ears on his surroundings, but can appear more jovial should the situation provoke it. 

Education:  Hardly any as he grew up dirt-poor and his Mother had no interest in educating him or his siblings. Basic reading and writing skills, but still has to sound out most words of six or more letters. Does posses above average "Street-Smarts" and has picked up a fair amount of knowledge about Nature. Demonstrates an aptitude for Engineering though has had no formal training in it, merely tinkering with devices such as Traps and his Crossbow to learn how they function.

Occupation:  Rilee will do just about anything to keep his Siblings fed and sheltered, and has found considerable success in doing so by collecting Bounties on Wanted Criminals in and around Breeland for the local Watch. He keeps a small leather bound journal on him that details his search for each fugitive as well as the hand-bill for them issued by the local Law, as a record of his exploits and resume of sorts. His primary skill in this field is Tracking the suspect more than the Combat aspect, and he prefers to apprehend them through the use of traps or at a safe distance by means of his Crossbow rather than engage them up-close. 

Weapons:  His Crossbow, a constantly modified and cared-for Repeating Crossbow that he purchased with the reward money from his first Bounty, is always seen on his person or within reach. A pair of Steel Daggers hang on his hips, both of average make, but kept razor sharp as a result of constant sharpening on a whetstone. Also has a quiver containing bolt reloads for his Crossbow, as well as a few standard Traps (Caltrops, Trip-wires, Bear Traps, etc) and a vial or two of Fire Oil. Special Abilities/Skills:  Can track a Craban on a cloudy day... Though his skills in tracking are strongest in an Urban setting, he is no stranger to the signs left by those traveling through wooded areas or other landscapes, and is as skilled a Tracker as you can hope to find in Bree. He is also a Survivor... Having taken care of his Siblings since he was eleven years old has taught him how to get by with less, often-times much less, and so he can get by despite skipping meals or going without sleep better than most.

Disabilities/Flaws/ect.:  Preferring to stay on the local Law's good-side, Rilee will drift into a morally grey area if he feels the risk is worth it. Though he is always careful as his death or incarceration would mean his Siblings would be left to fend for themselves, if the Coin is right he will bend or break a law from time to time. He is also a young man and prone to thinking with the wrong 'head' when a pretty face is involved, as most tend to be.
