Background
Luflo has lived in The Shire for most his life. He mostly spent his early years at Waymeet, where he could talk and hear stories from the interesting dwarves. This also made him exit the Shire for his first time, because he forgot which way he took home.
He ended up in a forest, not long from Bree where his Staddle cousins found him. Ever since the accident Luflo mostly wants to walk within The Shire, and not get lost.
