The History of Tilula Thistleberry 

( a work in progress..long work I hope. Especially with all this shadow business going about)

     Hello everybody.  My name is Tilula. Tilula Thistleberry of Buckland.  Where to start, where to start?  I was born in Buckland and until a few weeks ago spent all of my life there, but I'll leave those stories for another time.  

     My pa is Darric Thistleberry and my mum is Phiona Thistleberry.  Well respected folks and love to sing and dance and eat and fish and, well you get the idea.  Loads of fun.  They made me in In June 2979..on the 13th.  That makes me 39.  By all accounts it was sunny that day.

       I remember spending most of my time as a youngling sitting with my friends on the banks of the Brandywine.  We would spend hours goofing off and eating, but I always had my flute with me. Mum told me that I had a gift and should play that flute all day and so I did.

     As I got older I started playing for all the parties and gatherings around the shire. I would have worked for free but they offered me some some lovely grub and ale and I wasn't about to refuse.  I even played at Bilbo Baggin's birthday Party.  You should have seen the fireworks and boy that Gandalf sure is creepy.

    Now that this shadow business is about I am off to help and write down all that happens so I can sing about it back home    I have a lot to tell and will do so when I'm not out Hewing Goblins or making merry.
