Tianne's lineage is that of the house of Fingolfin.  Her Father Arátohon was born in Tirion and would never get to meet his own father who had already crossed the Sea of Grinding Ice and eventually fell in the Battle of Unnumbered Tears. 

When the Valar answered Eärendil's plea to aid the people in Middle Earth, the now adult Arátohon answered the call to war.  He was injured in the last days of the War of the Wrath and taken to Lindon where he met Tianne's Mother Tira, a beautiful elf of the Falas.  It was in Mithlond that Tianne and her elder Sister Aldaraen were born.

Her family relocated to Eregion and it was here the sister's learned to wield a sword and began to develop their crafting skills influenced by their parent's and the dwarves who came to Eregion to trade. 

When Eregion was sacked the family fled to Imladris.  Aldaraen took up arms and fought alongside her Father, whereas Tianne took up the vocation of healing, but would eventually take up arms herself in the defense of Imladris.  Arátohon was lost to them in the battle that saw the last great alliance between men and elves and Sauron fall.

In their sorrow the family returned to Mithlond where Tira could be reunited with her kin.  The homecoming was harmonious at first but soon blighted when Aldaraen was exiled.  It was all too much for Tira and she sailed west leaving Tianne feeling alone and abandoned.

Tianne still maintains a home in Falathlorn but spends much of her time travelling and forming friendships along the way...most recently a Warden and former courier of Lord Círdan named Gaelimil.
