The Charter of the Oath of the Thatrajân
The Alliance between the Northern Watch
and the Blue Mountains Regiment
In the presence of the statue of Elendil, First High King of the Realms in Exile, this charter contains the Oath of the Thatrajân, decreeing the alliance between the Blue Mountains Regiment, hailing from Thorin’s Hall, and the Order of the Northern Sceptre of Annúminas, hailing from Gondor.
When one of these groups is in peril, or requires aid, the other will honour their pledge by answering their call and will support them by any means possible to them.
As the Dwarrow of the Blue Mountains created the Thatrajân as a gift for the Dúnedain Lord of Dolindîr, the Order of the Northern Sceptre of Annúminas and the Blue Mountains Regiment will uphold their alliance and friendship so that their respective peoples will endure under the peace of High King Elessar Telcontar of the Reunited Kingdom.
I, Moralphon Helcharon, son of Aglarion, Master of the Order of the Northern Sceptre of Annúminas, will uphold this oath, with Minaiadan of the Dúnedain as my witness.
I, Omali Whitebeard, Uzbad of the Blue Mountains Regiment, will uphold this oath, with Rodtranorn of Erebor as my witness.
